So the new patch game out and apparently people can switch their Pet Seed for a Cultivated Seed… But I already turned mine into a Pet Seedling and I can’t swap I never knew about it the second it came out I just ran to the mists and put did the step what am I supposed to do because I can’t make the ascended piece without the exotic piece Anet please help…

Same here, I would really hate having to go through the weeklong or 10s of gold costing process of making the back piece again just to have to go through a weeklong process again because of a bug. I would hope we will be able to switch them out soon.

Same thing with me, I didn’t notice the seed name change, so just double clicked it and followed in game instructions, now I have the Pet Seedling, and I cannot exchange this and progress on the correct back piece. I hope a fix for this will happen.

Yeah same boat for me, stuck with the pet seedling, unable to progress any further. Please look into a fix for this, do not want to have to re-craft the first back piece all over again just to get that cultivated seed.

What Anet might be working on is another trader / npc who also downgrades your pet seedling into a pet seed / mists infused pot. I think the fix for that might take a bit more effort, so be a bit patient.

Would be great if they added an option to trade the pet seedling for a container containing a chaos pot (or just the materials) and the cultivated seed and gave back our pristine fractal relics…

I would rather the ingredients to make the Pet Seedling without the Pet Seed and a Cultivated Seed. That way we can’t skip anything but aren’t punished by losing materials.
