Cant seem to find any definate answer but are the petrified wood nodes limited to an amount you can log daily ? I took one chr to EB and did the hearts etc and got the nodes on way , went on a different chr and no petrified wood nodes show at all . ~Checked on other chrs and same . Is it possible one of the anet staff can verify as ive not seen anything on wiki to state once daily per account or once daily per chr .

I would imagine there is a limit, perhaps 28/day, as with b-rubies in B-Fen.

Gory Details
There are several different limits for high-tier nodes. I’m going to list them all, even though I’m not sure which apply to petrified wood (I just haven’t seen enough controlled test results).

  • Daily per node per character. For Ori & Ancient, this is x nodes per map, independent of which instances. It refreshes at daily reset if there’s been at least 5-20 hours since the last harvest (I’ve personally verified it’s longer than 5 and substantially less than 23 hrs). This seems also to apply to w-berries, p-wood, and b-rubies.
  • Daily per map per account: for Southsun passion flower, it’s 3 nodes per day (not 3 hits — theoretically, you could get 4 hits on 3 nodes). A similar limit applies to unbound magic (500 orbs/day/zone) & b-rubies (28 nodes) and therefore I presume it applies also to p-wood and w-berries.
  • Daily per ‘area’ per account: this applies to unbound magic, as well as b-rubies, and I presume for p-wood and w-berries. Each map is divided into sections; the limit is applied to the section, so you can farm each and move on to another.

FYI There are also some oddball daily caps on some other items and maps (elder wood in Southsun, for example). Very few people are affected by these (and those who are generally learn about them soon enough).
