The trait that refreshes Phantasms 20% faster does not work in wvw. I tried casting the phantasm from focus with and without the trait. Cool down times were the same. I then tried casting Phantasmal defender with and without the trait. I witnessed the same results. Illusionists celerity does lower cool down time however.

Phantasmal Haste doesn’t not affect the cooldown of your phantasm summoning skills, it affects how often the phantasms use their skills.

It’s like +25% attack speed for your phantasms. Terrible description I know – will be fixed tonight.
