Hello!
Recently I came to notice that the 5th skill, Phantasmal Mage, when equipping a torch on a Mesmer no longer functions.
At first I was testing it on the training dummies in LA. I found it odd that it didn’t execute on them (icon didn’t even flash or anything, indicating it was used.), then I figured maybe it only works on actual mobs? Turns out that wasn’t the case. I even tried to left-click and/or enable auto-attack on it; no avail.
It could just be my game, but please look into this. Other Mesmers, please confirm if this skill is bugged to you too.
