Guild Wars 2

I’ve reached the Veteran Flame Legion Shaman at the end of this puzzle, killed it, looted the chest. Although it was my first time completing it, I was not awarded the achievement.

The achievement for this puzzle is (strangely) not located at the chest, but on the wooden platform just before you get there. Hope this helps!
