Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure if this is a bug, but on certain outfits pistols don’t show up on my character because they are hidden inside my characters outfit. I’ve attached an image to show what I mean. You can see part of the gun poking out.

Is this a bug? Or does everyone see this the same? And will this ever be corrected?

It’s really disapointing as the pistols I’m using look so cool! Every other weapon seems to display on characters fine.

anybody else noticed this? Can we expect a fix?

It happens with more than pistols, in fact every hip weapons has it, but I notice this most with daggers and foci.
It is due to the location where the items are equipped, and doesn’t take in to account the size of armor worn. The only way to fix this is to change the location from the player hip (which will be the same for every thing), to a location unique to every type of armor, which will take a long time to do.

thats a real shame I hope arena net consider looking at this.
