About 3 weeks ago I’ve completed all Strongboxes in the game. Using video guides to get them all completed.

To my surprise 2 of these Strongboxes have been reset. They are greyed out.

1. Plains of Golghein Strongbox
2. Whitebear’s Pride II Strongbox

I double-checked the video guide to see if it wasn’t me being confused, but these 2 strongboxes I have opened & earned in the past.

Anyone else have issues with AP Resetting? IF not, what is the best thing you can advice me?

Submit a support ticket (following the link from the top left).

The only time I’ve heard of AP resetting (that wasn’t associated with someone disconnecting or the Rollback of 2016) is the one associated with the Hall of Monuments — that’s a known glitch with a long history that won’t apply to other achievements.

It also might be easiest simply to reopen these two strongboxes rather than wait for Support to help you troubleshoot, pass along details to the QA team, and waiting for them to resolve the issue.
