Ever since the patch, player characters don’t seem to make noises when they die anymore. This is bad because when you’re trying to take out a stealth character, sometimes it’s difficult to tell when you’ve disposed of them. Especially since you also broke EXP gain in WvW.

Not to mention that several months ago, you broke the sounds characters make when they’re holding an item and jump up and down.

Also, characters no longer shout things when they’re afflicted with conditions.

Just wanted to confirm that this is still a bug for me, although the character voices seem to be restored during underwater combat.

Unfortunately, despite the new patch today this bug is still around. Has any developer been able to take note of this bug yet?

This bug is fixed as of the Halloween patch! Although now the problem is that character voices are very deep, for whatever reason. Female characters sound goofy and slightly masculine when using emotes.
