Please Fix some of the Vistas
1. Being more specific would be helpful. Which vistas? What’s broken about them?
2. There is support. https://help.guildwars2.com/home
I’ve never experienced issues with Vistas outside of being “in combat” bugged. If you’ve engaged and enemy shortly before making to the Vista it’s a possibility. Try logging out and back in to the game. Even if the game thinks you’re in combat it will still give you the option to view the Vista but will not let you view it.
There are some in LA that are bugged. It would be very nice to get GW support back.

Again, which ones are bugged? How are they bugging for you? I ask because I’ve yet to experience a single vista in this game that was bugged.
I’ve not encountered any ‘bugged’ Vistas, and I have done them all.
You can get Guild Wars (One) support by contacting the CS Team (Access and exploit-reporting only). Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Submit a Request
Good luck.

Same, I’ve just run through a few and they worked fine.
Is it possible that you had just taken damage of some sort? You cannot activate a vista if the game thinks you are in combat. Are you having trouble reaching them? Some of them are tricky. People in /map chat are usually willing to offer suggestions.
You may want to look at this video and the ship with the sails is not there.I can’t even do the first one of even find it.
The CS is very slow to respod to those who are still playing GW and what about comprimised accounts? This game would not exist if it wasn’t for the Original GW which is still a great game.
That guide is completely outdated. The ways to the vistas have changed.
Guide to the vista which was on the ship with the sails.

Okay, dude, that’s not a bug
(Sorry, this is kinda funny^^)
You are using a guide that’s from a month after release. Lion’s Arch has been destroyed in the meantime, meaning that some of the vistas are not accessible by the ways shown in the video, or have been moved to new locations. You’ll need to find a guide that’s more up to date.
Edit: Oh noes, ninja’d :O
Kaerleikur @ Elonaspitze
Yeah, as was said above, that guide was from 2012. That map looks completely different now. If you’re going to use a guide, look for one made in the past year.
The Wiki stays pretty much up-to-date. You might consider using it when seeking game-play assistance. (Wiki link above.)
You can find information about GW1 support in the Sticky, ‘GW2 Tickets for Review…’ over in Account Support.
Good luck.
I wasn’t aware of this but from the camera angle I have to use it is hard to judge how much you have to jump.
What GW support sticky?
That is for GW2 not the original GW which needs it own support board as mods just lock or delete posts about anything to due with GW.GW2 support takes forever to get a response from if dealing with GW but not GW2.
The Original is still a better game.

Guild Wars 2’s Support staff now handles GW1 support. So, you need to contact them if you’re having problems with GW1 (even if it can take some time to get a response).
And the original may be better to you. But it does help if you don’t use out-of-date info to play GW2.
You did not read the Dev posts in the Sticky you were directed to that addresses GW1 support, I guess.
Here is a copy of one of said Dev posts:

Game Support Lead
Guild Wars 1 tickets.
If your ticket is login related we’re moving GW2 team members over to work on those. If it’s an appeal and your account was compromised we’ll get you back in. If it’s gameplay related you won’t get a response immediately but it will eventually direct you to the Guild Wars wiki.
Going forward all GW accounts with linked GW2 accounts (or seeking a link) will be handled by the GW2 team in order to speed things up.
Again – we only support game access and exploit reporting for Guild Wars. All other issues are no longer supported (game hints, bugs, etc.).
What if you don’t have a linked account?
what are you trying to do with GW (1) support? I hope you read this from the previous post:

Maybe I’m confused because you are also talking about vistas in LA. I know the jumps can be hard to judge sometimes but it just takes practice it’s not a bug.
I would just like to aknowlege some are having problems with bans.Who were doing nothing wrong and running GWx2 and Texmod are legitimate 3rd party programs.I run GWx2 and don’t want to be banned or even have my account comprised as it is sacred to me with all the hours i put into it.
So, first this thread was about you not knowing how to do some vistas (and some vague comment about how GW support isn’t there). Then it turned into you wanting support for something with GW1. And now it’s become a “Don’t ban me for using a program I’m not supposed to be using”. What?
If you don’t want an account ban then don’t run third party programs even if you think they are legitimate. Idk about the ToS for GW (1) but I know that would be against the GW 2 ToS (terms of service). So simply don’t run them if you are afraid your account will be band. If you can’t enjoy playing GW (1) without these third party programs and therefore you think it’s worth the risk then you run the chance of being banned.
Anyway good luck to you I won’t be replying anymore in this thread.

That is right because there isn’t harly any support for the Original Guild Wars which brought you this game may I remind you. There are those who have been wrongly banned and with no mail service and only using one pc you need to use a multi client launcher.
I need to log into two account to in order to pass item from 1 account to another.
I would of made this separate if there was a GW subforum as Anet staff never reads fansites like they use to and comment in them.
Lol. You don’t need to pass items from one account to the other. You want to.
I have 3 GW1 accounts, and if I want to pass an item to one of the other accounts, I give it to a trusted friend, and then pick it up from them. No multi-client launching, nothing to get my accounts banned.
There is GW1 support, if you followed the posts by the CS Team Lead, but only for game access and the reporting of exploits.
Good luck.
