Pls make an announcement about Guild Moderation

Me and my guild waiting since 10 days now for a fix to Guild Permissions (leader has no rights). I cannot do anything. We have accumulated 12k Influence and today i read ( https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Issues-with-the-guild-system-please-post-here-MERGED/page/4 ) that you started to delete bugged guilds.
Please communicate exactly when you plan to fix guild permissions.
