Hello I just wanted to report that when you use Fire Elemental Powder, you are unable to summon Pocket Jade Armor. When you summon Pocket Jade Armor first, you can use the Fire Elemental Powder item, but the summon doesn’t appear.

LONG time known issue, they share the same cooldown debuff.

The Pocket Jade Armor was introduced in September; it can’t have been known longer than a few months. I think the OP can be excused from having figured it out.
