Guild Wars 2

Hi there everyone, I just got back into guild wars 2 because I wanted to finish the map but before I did that I had to go through season 2. I did chapter 1 and than chapter 8 opened up (I have to buy the other chapters) so I decided why not I will do it. So I started it up everything seemed fine just following the way points, until i made it to Lornar’s Pass, than there was no more way point. I’m stuck on "Read the “About the Symbol” mail from Marjory", so i checked my mail and nothing showed up, checked my bag but nothing about a symbol anywhere, tried to quit the episode it wouldn’t go away (every time I clicked “quit the episode” it would always pop up again and not let me quit the episode). So is there something obvious I need to do, or is there something wrong with my game? Hopefully someone can help and thanks so much

Make sure to empty your mail (even though it might say it is not full), and to pick up any items and/or Gold waiting for you at the TP.
