My armor and thief talent’s poison effects are not applying to Reaper of Grenth skill
I have 6/6 Rune of Thorns and Potent Poison in effect. Lotus Strikes do not increase from the same effect.

looks like it is. but is not colored blue to indicate that buffs are applied.
