Popup menu on a player name

When I click RMB on a player name (in chat, guild, friend list) the menu pop up.
Here are screens of two menus – in the world (correct) and in WvW (incorrect)
It is very annoying, I can not invite people or whisper them.
Any idea?

PS. On the character picture it is good too, but not always I can target a character to whisp or invite. Ofc I can enter his name manually, it’s kind of work around, not handy however.
