Often the character portrait in the character select screen for my blond Human Female is very pale. Her hair is almost white and her face is pale. Not as she looked in the game.
I did some small tests this morning. The first time I opened the character screen her portrait was pale. She was standing in Heart of the Mists. After I choose her and logged in I immediately went back to the character select screen. Now her portrait looked fine. I logged in again and used the exit PvP button and ended up in Dry Top (almost evening, so somewhat dark, not shiny bright). I went back to the character select screen and the portrait was still fine. I entered the PvP lobby again, portrait still fine. I used the portal to LA, portrait still fine. I used the portal back to the Heart of the Mists, portrait was pale again. I repeated the action of going to the character select screen but this time the portrait was still pale. Now the portrait of my blond Female Norn was also pale. She is standing in Fireheart Rise. Her portrait was fine earlier this morning. I never seen any pale issues with my other three characters. They are not blond, the Asura and the Charr are male and the Female Sylvari is green (as you can expect from a Sylvari
).
I hope you can find the issues and solve it.
I could not find a post about this on the first three pages of the bug forum. As the search functionality of the forum doesn’t work I have no idea if this issue wasn’t posted before. Could you please change to better forum software? What you use now is crap.
