Possible to refund karma gear?
Hello, Long time user of the game but barely play anymore due to work but today I finally played over 30 minutes and actually got 42k karma finally. I went to the orr area and bought the helm from the karma vendor but it was not the correct one. Where can I refund it at, i logged out after the mistake in hopes there is a option. Sadly, if there isn’t a option to refund and get my 42k karma back to purchase the correct helm I am done with this game. Hope gw2 staff can help me out.
Yeah I have an old set of blue karma armour I’d like to get a refund on.

Keep in mind im only asking for a refund because i mis-clicked per-say, truthfully just clicked the wrong vendor without looking. The feature of refunds has been in every mmo i’ve played so im just dumbfounded it’s not in gw2. They should ask, “is it less than 2 hours since he’s bought this item?” if so, you can get your karma back.
This situation has basically made me blow the past 1-2 months of work away for nothing, to the point i dont care to play unless it’s fixed.
Let me preface by saying that much the same thing has happened to me in the past, and I submitted a support ticket on it at the time. The response I got on the specific topic of an item removal and refund was “We do not have any way of reimbursing or reversing the purchase of any unwanted items.”
That said, I sincerely hope that if/when you get a hold of someone in support, they’re a bit more forgiving. Exotic Temple Karma gear is a huge pain to obtain.
Under the assumption that you have an armor piece with the appearance you wanted, but the stats you didn’t, I might be able to help. I can have one of my guild’s crafters (possibly myself, depending on the armor class) create an exotic-quality armor piece with the stats you’re looking for, which you could then transmute the temple armor onto. If you’re interested, send me a PM.

B: It’s 42k karma, that would take less than 3 days to obtain in WvW, even if all you do is follow the zerg, and it’s even easier if you did dungeons/played the game at all.
C: Anet doesn’t refund for misclicks.
They don’t need to fix it so it will give refunds… what they need to do is turn off the stuff you can not wear to begin with…

Also I am sorry you miss clicked or you did not pay attention, its not something they are gonna fix… but since you leaving can have your stuffs.
