Guild Wars 2

i have 2 guilds created for banking purpose only, both of them with “Guild stash” developed. But today when logged after patch i tried to storage some items and npc told me that " your guild hasnt build any sort storage yet. i am sorry but there is nothing i can do it for you"

Of course immediately i represented my other guild and tried to access to bank and it worked…i withdrawn all items from my second guild just in case it bugged :S,

facts:

1. i WAS representing guild when talked to npc

2. i tried re logging, changing toons, representing in and off, etc.

3.In upgrades it says i have it developed but as i say npc still says i dont have any kind of storage….

4.Guild name is “Deux Vult” [DV], in Baruch Bay. Please check it i would like my storage back with ALL items. i presume there are logs of the items deposited and retired from it

Should i contact support or it is enough leaving this post here??

What is going on?
It’s like I am not in a guild anymore except I can access the guild menu, that’s it.
Guild emblem gone, guild bank (WITH STASH IN IT)…
This is frustrating…

And I was thinking I am the only one
I asked players on map chat and it seems many guild banks were bugged
Cant access guild banks on different servers

I have a “one man army” guild, so my character is the only member with all permissions.
After last patch I can’t access my guild bank or weapon/armor emblems.

omg , cant access my guild bank. Got it in my upgrades but NPC claims I dont have such one

Guild bank, emblems, etc etc

We got 2 banks on 2 different server (EU)
And officers cannot access neither of them
Leader at least can access one of them
But paying for withdrawing itmes from other – joke

My guild bank has gone too. I am definitely representing it.

Not that there is much in it, but that’s not the point.

Attempted to use guild discovery items. Said I was not representing a guild so I stood down from the guild I was currently representing to rejoin and now I am unable to represent any guild.

I got a letter of commendation from the living story achievement and when I double clicked it to do the influence for my guild it says I wasn’t representing any guild.

So I did the stand down, relogged, and now it won’t let me represent the guild. I click on represent and nothing happens..

And no I didn’t get banned from the guild. just talked to the leader about it.

Still broken for me too.

Guild build queue empty (while half way through building trek, think this is a visual bug we’ve encountered before though), some people are being told they’re not representing, we don’t have a guild bank anymore apparently.

Please bring it all back

Seems to me like Cyprus case – we took all your money and items in a name of greater good

Still busted for me too.

The upgrade list in the guild menu shows that it is unlocked but the NPC says that it isn’t.

I used that reward letter, but didn’t get any influence.

this happened to me earlier, try switching maps, then clicking represent again, worked for me, hope it does for you too

Okay I was able to represent again, and the letter worked…so not sure what happened…

I didn’t do anything, was just standing around waiting for Shatt..

It looks like some of our game servers are having connectivity problems but your guild data is still intact. We’re continuing to investigate the problem.

Same issu at Elona Reach. Changig Map didn’t helped. Changing from Overflow to the “normal” LA also didn’t helped.

It seems the guilds are buged. I’ve seen in the forum that the bank doesn’t work and i can confirm that.
Also, you cant do any upgrade, tried all the things like stand down and it still doesn’t work. Guild weapon and armor not working to.

Works in my case now.

Server: Aurora Glade

Relogging and changing maps didn’t work for our guild.
The NPC still won’t grant us access to our bank.

It seems that going from LA to Rata Sum resolved the problem, but to Gendarran Fields didn’t.

Being a developer, I love reading how people resolve these issues and what the fixes are.
I changed permissions > relogged > all good.

The guild things seem to be relatively confined to LA for me. My character can access the bank in the grove and can see build queue there. Can do neither in LA.

Although, another character couldn’t see the bank in Hoelbrak so, who knows.

Have to say, that’s the best response ever, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to have helped everything – I’m on Aurora Glade and I can’t talk in Guild Chat at all. Re-logging, re-zoning, changing characters, standing down and re-representing, nothing works. So can you take another look at that cable and see if it’s come loose again please?
