no one couldn’t do crits on Mr. Shatterer after patch.
So please take a look at it.

I can confirm this as well

Another to confirm. Shatterer most definitely had the double health but no one was able to crit. Did Fire Ele before and also no crits there.

Update: It looks like you can crit is head, but not his feet.

I was able to crit him with Arcane Wave by targeting his head. his leg wasnt giving crits though, even with guaranteed crit skills.

Not even ONE critical hit on Shatterer with longbow or shortbow.

Another disguised ranger nerf I guess?

Next time try targeting his head or cleaving the spot on the ground under his head between his feet. That worked for the map I was in.
