I bought a couple infinite transforms, doesn’t matter which ones cause this happens with all of them for me. It only happens with the creature ones and potions that let you keep moving – so no furniture or trees.
The first time I use one each zone, my character rips out of her skin in a new form (the transform creature) and leaves her husk behind in the position she was previously in like a statue.
