I am not recieving any bonus buffs from the Power of the Mists effects, I recently transfered servers maybe that has something to do with it, otherwise I have no clue why it is not working.

When you transfer worlds, you lose the Power of the Mists for a period of time. I’m not sure about the details, other than the rules governing the world to which you are associated have changed several times. I believe you can reduce the time by playing WvW with your new world, but it could just be automatic after the current or next match up is over. For example, if you transferred on Friday (Halloween) morning, you would (in this scenario) have to wait until the evening of the 7th of November.

If you still aren’t receiving anything after, say, 10 days, I’d file a support ticket and work with ANet to resolve the issue.

10 days seemed to be the right amount of days, I saw it working again on friday at reset, also being active in wvw wasnt the issue, as I was in there nearly everyday since transfering. Never knew about the 10day thing, but oh well its over.

It’s likely not 10 days, but the reset in the week after the week you transfer. I believe that is a design decision. Wasn’t there a blog about that for transferring during the first Tournament? How you wouldn’t get something until the reset following the week you transferred? I don’t remember exactly what it pertained to, but I do remember the timeline.

Anyway, glad it is sorted, and best to leave the thread up, in case someone else might have the same issue.
