Guild Wars 2

Just finished this hard and annoying part by killing 5 waves of adds, total of 50. The tool tip in the corner updated, but the achievement wasn’t completed…
Please, fix this and give me credit, because I invested enough time and nerves in this and don’t want to do it again…

You might get it after you finish the entire instance. That happened for a few of the achieves for the first story.

Finished it 30 mins ago and didn’t get it :/

I suffer this bug too. I spend 2 hours with this achievement and when i reached the 50 kill i didn’t get the achievement. I finish the instance and none happened.

I have the same problem… wasted lots of tries.

Having same issue got 50 kills then died but no update to precision blade… sad day indeed. Even says I got 50 kills next to the Slay as many White Mantle as you can: 50 check mark… guess I’ll try again maybe we need 51 kills XD Edit: Did this after todays patch and got the chevo Thanks anet

Had this happen to me three times. Not gonna try it again till this gets fixed

51 and no achievement, tried finishing instance and its still not there. qq

Yup same here, 58 kills no achievement, got everything else in the instance first time round, but not that one.

opened a ticket and sent a bug report.

Must add. I’ve spent several hours just trying to get this one achievement now. Several of the instance achievements were agony for one reason or another (usually bugs), but I’ve had to just give up on this. Managed to do it “legit” using a full evade spam staff DD after many tries, but didn’t get the achievement. Finished the instance, still no achievement. Second time I managed to pass 50 kills on the counter I killed 40 of them myself and then had Anise occupy another 40 while I waited it out in a corner, only coming in to finish off the last 2-3 enemies of each wave. Gave in with 80 on the counter. No achievement.

Can confirm, third time with 50 kills and no achievement, even upon completing the instance.

Update for you guys: The counter may be broken by entering downed state. See if you can reach 50 kills without getting downed at any point. Worked for me and my guildies. Anise is invincible and can solo the whole thing, so go hide in the other side of the henge after Shadow escapes and have her aggro all the mobs herself – stealth skills help in slipping away while she catches the mobs.

Fixed, according to the latest patch notes.

But people that did before don’t get nothing and they need to trying again an anoying achievement… this is not fair

You could try contacting the CS Team and discuss the issue with them.
