Heyo,
I finished the Prelude to Frost and Flame event yesterday. I logged out of that character, without having received the reward, and then rolled a new character (about to start playing a Thief, whoooo). The reward mail for the event came for the NEW character; because it had the green star icon, I assumed it would be grab-able by any of my characters.
I deleted that character because I wanted to tweak the character model, and now find that the reward mail for the event isn’t in the mail for any of my other characters, least of all the two characters I used for the event.
