Hi a-net, Ive had this problem before with you so I figured id come back to it again just to clear something up.

Im one of the few people who’s basically a major altaholic, and over the years of gw2, ive maxed out every cahracter slot seemingly available, which at the time I believe was capped at 69 characters.

When HoT came out, I bought the expansion and recieved 2 additional character slots, taking my char slot up to 71, this was apparently, not an intended feature, and I found this out, when I bought another, only to loose 2 character slots going back down to 69.

Now queerly enough… ive now bought Path of Fire, and my char slots is up to 70, from 69.

But when I bought the prepairation pack, It did not, offer me a character slot.

I am likely to assume it was not intended to let the cap go over 70… so id ask, if I cannot have that slot, considering that it was 3500 gems, I be compensated for the character slot with something in return, such as a 500 gem refund and-or- a fix, that allows me to have said character slots an an extention.

Please, a-net, give some clarity into this matter, as it is costly and needs attention.

Be good if the description included the fact that it won’t increase the max number of character cap.
