I got to the priory story mission, The Ghost Rite, and when I became enchanted my camera got all funky. Pic related. When I zoomed in on my camera I could no longer see my character.. lol.

I had the same issue, playing an Asura and the camera position would not reset or move at all, I managed to complete it but had to fight the camera constantly.
