Guild Wars 2

As title sas, after initiating into priory with my elementalist (saw the welcome animation, even did first quest) there is no banner unlocked.

Not sure if it is a bug or if it is simply missleading on description, but i got my vigil and order banners right on those steps.

Oh and as you can see on the screenshot there is only a belly of my warrior showing instead of his head, issue started after using the norn cultural tier 2 pants.

You get banner after graduating from “novice” and that is after lvl37 (or 39 quest)
after you successfully complete "Mightier than the sword" mission and be4 you are sent to recruit one of lesser races
