Guild Wars 2

After I crafted “Prismatic Lodestone” , which is supposed to be a crafting component, I noticed that it says “consumable” on it . So I consumed it and was surprised to find that nothing has changed , it didn’t give anything. As a result , I lost it completely .
Now I kindly ask the staff to fix this bug and if possible to return the item to my account.
