Guild Wars 2

I don’t really know if it’s a bug or not but i bought my first ascendent ring from fractal merchant for 10 pristine fractal relics and 2 days ago i bought my second ring with same stats, berserker stas and i can’t use it…is this a bug and is there any chanse to receive a refund?
Can anyone please help out?

If it was the same type of ring (same name), then I’d fill out a ticket and ask for the other ring with the stats you want since each one is “unique” so the player cannot equip two of the same.

Usually, customer support is pretty ace about giving you another ring that you can use. Known many before that ran into the same issue and had it resolved.

If you bought 2 different rings and can’t equip the other, send a ticket and bug report.

“Unique” is documented on the wiki, but not on the ring itself, unfortunately.
