You should probably make sure you didn’t buy it from some scam or unofficial retailer. If your source is legit, then contact support.

The part you have marked is probably a combination of “D”, “O” (the letter) and “0” (the number zero).

Just try any possible combination of those (I’ve had codes for which I needed like 20-30 tries to get them right).
