I prepuchased HoT a couples days ago from one of the authorised retailers. The problem is that when I submited the code I got all the benefits that were announced I would get with the prepurchase (beta character slots and the title “Maguuma Trailblazer”) except for the extra character slot.

I submmited a ticket in-game yesterday and the issue has not been solved yet. I understand that you are super busy right know, but I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the issue, because it may not be affecting only me but anyone who prepuchases.

They do a weekly pass and add the bonus character slot to qualifying accounts at that time. It’s mentioned in the slot offer details on the pre-purchase page.

All accounts that become eligible by July 9 will have their free character slot applied by July 10. Eligible accounts that are upgraded with a pre-purchase serial code after July 10 will receive their slots on a weekly basis after that.
