I decided to reset my armor colors to repaint them, and when i reset them and close the window to see the changes made to default, the game crashes

Same here. If you really wanted to reset them, you could take a screenshot before exiting, restart the client and paint everything the default color…

There have been a few posts on this, and this bug has been happening for a week at least now. The one fix that stopped it for me:

1- Dye/Un-Dye your armor as you normally would, but do NOT close that window
2- Toggle “Dye Mode” back off…so that it is showing your regular hero panel (or pvp, or town clothes, whatever)
3- Safely close the Hero panel.

The issue itself is with closing the window while still in Dye Mode.
