Shows as default for me. In fact, one decal that WASN’T the default decal before (Dragonhunter’s Symbol of Energy) is now the default decal.

This feature was pulled from release and will be released at a later time. The release note however, still made it.

Sounds like the release note has big dreams
Sadface. I miss the special decal for Symbol of Energy, even though it didn’t actually represent anything as the burn effect was changed to be the entire circle. It looked so clean.
