not sure if im posting in the right forum or not but recently given a promo code for the dragon shirt ingame iteam from someone who went to PAX event

she gave bunch of them out to guildies " i got one :P "

other players seem to have there codes working but mine isnt, the button lights up as if the code should be working but everytime i click, nothing happens

is the code wrong or perhaps used or is there something wrong with my account?
dont want to post code up incase someone takes but if an anet dev asked i can link it to them so they can check if its valid still or not

i did open a ingame support letter but never got a reply so wasnt sure if its lost in limbo or was seen and never responded

Hmm…not heard of those promotion codes given out since 2012. If it has been more than 7 (seven) days, you can post your ticket number in the ‘Tickets for Review’ Sticky in the Account Support sub-forum.

Oh, you said ‘in-game’ report. As the submission window states, there are no replies from in-game Bug Reports. You would need to open a ticket with the CS Team using the ‘Support’ link above/below, then ‘Submit a Request’.
