Hmm…not heard of those promotion codes given out since 2012. If it has been more than 7 (seven) days, you can post your ticket number in the ‘Tickets for Review’ Sticky in the Account Support sub-forum.
Oh, you said ‘in-game’ report. As the submission window states, there are no replies from in-game Bug Reports. You would need to open a ticket with the CS Team using the ‘Support’ link above/below, then ‘Submit a Request’.
