Yes, like I have stated in the title, I have a problem with the Proofs of Heroics currency. Before it became a wallet-able currency, I used to stock them in my bank. But somehow a part of it remained after the patch and now I cannot transfer them into my wallet, or give it to my bank character. It sticks in my bank and occupies a slot (I can change the slot though, that is a silver lining)

I have been sending bug reports, requests screenshots etc for a month now an I got no answer. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE? HELLOOOOOO?

ps: I am a little bit frustrated about this thing. And just a tad bit angry for not getting a response.

Proofs used to be soulbound, and the ones in your bank might still be bound to the character that earned them due to a bug. If you don’t remember which character earned them, just try using each 1 to remove them from the bank.
If that fails, send a support request (https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new). In-game bug reporting WILL NOT be responded to, it even tells you this when you submit the bug report.

If you have submitted in-game Bug Reports, as indicated on the Bug Report window, you will receive no response.

To garner a response, you must contact the CS Team using the web-form via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

Well I did all of those things and still got nothing. I will say “to hell with it” and destroy those turtle-lickers. But game support really sucks in this particular example.

I would send a ticket to customer support describing the situation. They are very helpful and they might have the power to manually transfer the proofs to your wallet. Click Support at the top of the website, and then click “Submit a Request”
