Guild Wars 2

I think I left the instance for this story step a bit too early maybe? The step says to find and talk to Toska the Miner. I see no green star, and I also looked around the whole village to be safe. I can’t re-enter the instance either. Am I stupid or did the game bug?

Toska is in the mine. Hold down ctrl and you will see her as soon as you enter. Mine entrance is in the top of the village.
