is perma-broken. At the end a vendor appears (Tepp) who sells the stein of ancient dwarven ale, which is needed for the Brewmaster achievement. So, until this is fixed, this is impossible to complete.

Yes, it is indeed broken. But you can buy that ale on the TP.

I’ve completed the event after an update. (Not to say it works all the time — ANet should go through all the items that depend on an event and make sure the event chains don’t have any significant bugs.)
