The quest Protect Scholar Breandan while he examines the seabed near Broken Spit is broken. Breandan isn’t moving, hence the event can’t be finished and its impossible to buy the Orrian Pearl from him for the Treasure Hunter collection.

Why are so many of these items on bugged events…

I’m going for Treasure Hunter too. This was bugged last week and is still bugged. I would like to get these “easy” ones out of the way, so I can focus on kittenes like Pendant of Arah. Anet please reset this thing.

Also Commissar and Foulbear are bugged right now. I need 5 more for title + 3 of them are bugged. Even did Commissar pre-events over and over with no luck. (Granite Citadel, Firebase Molek)

I can confirm this bug. I’m not sure why this happens, but please fix it or give us another option to obtain the collectible.
