Hello, I have been having an issue with dynamic event in Timberline Falls.
Even is called ‘’Protect krewe leader Dobbs as the krewe clears the excavation site’’ in the location of Gyre rapids and is suppose to spawn merchants upon successful completion of chain events.
I tried to do this event in order to complete my Brewmaster collection, by buying brew from merchant Tepp. Problem is, the event doesn’t want to start..
I have been on the map for hour and a half and nothing happened. I was standing still at first, but then started running around the Dobbs, killing hostile creature to pass the time. About 7-8 more people were there with me, also waiting for this event unsuccessfully. I wasn’t sure how often does it occur, but 1,5 hours is insanely long. Nothing happened. I tried to do 4 other dynamic events for Brewmaster and all began within 10-30 minutes of waiting. Dobbs is the last event chain I need to complete, but it seems bugged and won’t start.
I thought that maybe there was something wrong with the instance, so after finishing all other dynamic events obtaining rest of the Ale, I returned to Dobbs.. It’s been almost 50 minutes and I am giving up writing this bug report. Can you please tell me if I am missing something? Is there something to do to trigger Dobbs starting this event? Wiki and other sources I read didn’t mention anything. However, I found several bug reports concerning this dynamic event, so it might have been bugged longer time..
Can someone correct me as to what I’m doing wrong or can it be please looked at and fixed?

This event appears to be bugged as recently as October of 2014. Players report that once the event has been completed in a zone, it does not reset, and suggest logging in when the zone is full or immediately after a patch to get the reset version of the event.
You might try guesting to other servers, as well. Sometimes, when events are stalled, this works.
