Guild Wars 2

I wakitten with Proximity Anguish for 2 damage each, which insta killed me, no downed state. What is this??

Never seen an answer on this, and it just happened to me. Thought this was fixed. Combat log shows Proximity Anguish 5 damage x 3 and instantly lost 15k life. Wtf?
