so a friend of mine tried the game today (f2p) and then bought HoT.

but it didn’t activate on their account.

we have a screenshot of the order number and invoice.
can we get some help?

I’m not sure what the process is for upgrading a free account. But for upgrading an account to add HoT, you have to add the serial code to your game to activate it. So, your friend should make sure they don’t need to take additional steps to activate it.

As for your support ticket, it can take up to 72 hours to get a reply. However, it usually doesn’t take that long. Hopefully, he’ll hear back later today.
