I have the same problem, i bought the upgrade using 2000 gems with a lvl 80 character and the wolf skill is greyed out in that character, other characters have it active or so it seems (they are not 30 yet).

JasonKing, i have the same problem, i updated my GW2 version through trading post, but have the Mistfire Wolf greyed.

I have the same problem, I just bought it a few hours ago, waited after the maintenance, and nothing I still don’t have my Wolf Skill

Same problem here on my main norn warrior lvl 30.

Any update on the mistfire wolf skill. It was the reason i paid to upgrade, my low alt has it but my lvl 36 doesn’t which is a joke would be nice to have it real soon please. Thank you

Peopple we need to write here so we can get the fix soon, today The bug still is there, nobody wants to pay for something broken, please keep the tread up, and bump it

Hope this gets resolved soon, I basically only upgraded to get the elite wolf skill only to realize I cant use it and wasted my money…

Same for me, i have the digital deluxe version and i just got to lvl 30 but i still cant choose the mistfire wolf elite skill.

Same here, just bought DDU for 30mins, having 6 characters, the one purchasing this DDU is my highest lvl30 thief….however all the other 5 characters got their mistfire wolf skill light up, but only the thief’s one greyed out. Please kindly fix it!!

Hi, i’ve got the same problem. I’ve just bought the upgrade to deluxe edition, and on my lvl 60 char the mistwolf elite is still greyed, though i well received the remaining deluxe stuff by mail.

Take note of my account if manually fix is required…i really want to show my new fancy elite to my pals ^^.

I also have not gotten it, but got an email and in-game mail that gave me the other items (chalice, Rytlocke, Book) when I had those since I bought the pack. I really wish to get it on my Asura Engineer since thats pretty much the only one I play on. The other characters on my account with it really taunts me.

yeah this is anoying :/ i couldn’t wait to hit lvl 30 so i can use that mistfire wolf .. but alas .. no mistfire wolf. my elementalist is lvl 40 now and i am not going to recreate her just so that i can have this skill .. cause i dont play a lot and it will take too long to get a lvl 40 again. plz tell me what i am to do

Good to see that Anet is aware of this issue. Tossing my name in the hat as someone who bought the upgrade on my main, and got the elite unlocked on characters other than the one who bought it.

Hopefully we’ll get a fix soonish.

Adding my name into the hat also. Purchased the 2000 gem upgrade and the wolf unlocked on all my characters under 30, but not on my characters over 30.

Bought the deluxe upgrade from Black Lion Trading Company to get the mistfire wolf elite skill for my L30 Ranger (my first character and main). Got all other items but the elite skill can not be selected. Please find a soultion for this or refund the 2000 gems the upgrade cost me. I will NOT reroll my ranger to get the elite skill that is supposed to work on all characters.

Just bought the deluxe today before reading this article :P So dumb of me XD but oh wells time to join the pack :P

Ive just bought the DDE off of the Black Lion Trading Company. I got everything execpt the Mistfire Wolf Elite Ability….

Same bug here, are they working on it? I have bought the upgrade just because of the elite skill.

I’m adding my name to the list, as well. I received everything in the Digital Deluxe upgrade, yet I cannot access the Mistfire Wolf skill, despite being able to access all my other elite abilities. I hope there is a fix soon!

I made This ticket at 1 September And skill Waiting for some reply. I know Anet is suportting important issues as we All shall comprehend but át. Least a reply update from support to This post telling us All the point of This situation át. Present moment were apreciated.

Keep This feed as i know we All will have for sure This skill issue solved soon.

Have the same issue. Just got the upgrade through the Gem Store on my lvl 33 character, got everything, but the Mistfire Wolf Elite is still greyed out..

We are very sorry to hear you have been running into this issue. We are aware that there does appear to be an issue with the Mistfire wolf skill. It can’t actually be used at all right now. We have our development and QA teams hot on the case though. So we hope to see this resolved very soon. We know it can be frustrating not having access to everything you should, but we are greatful for your patience and understanding while we work on getting this fixed.

bought the Deluxe Edition Upgrade for 2000 gems, got all other items in the mail; did not recieve the mistfire wolf skill. It remains grayed out

I tried

-“leveling” again to unlock another skill point (I am 80)
-relogging, restarting GW2
-purchasing another random skill in the previous tree to see if it would unlock

nothing worked, hoping for a fix soon, adding my name to the list

Same here, just bought the upgrade and it wont let me get to the mistfire wolf. My lower level alts can but none can actually use it though since they aren’t level 30.

Same here, upgraded yesterday and my lvl 52 still has the skill greyed out.

Having the same issue myself greyed out on my main but works fine on my alts

bougt the Collectors Edition with 2000 gems cant use the wolfs there grayed out
