I looked in the forum and found nothing on this.

I’ve done bug reports for a couple JPs along the way. ( possibly the same ones it’s been going on for a couple months)

But Now coming here to ask. Is anyone else having issues with completing JPs and not getting credit towards the monthlies?

Here’s a list of ones that I’ve had not count for me.
Server Dragonbrand in case that has anything to do with it.

Blazeridge Steppes- Craze’s Folly ( I went to the wrong chest on this one doh)
Lion’s Arch- Troll’s End
Lion’s Arch- Urmaug’s Secret

Last time there were JPs in the monthly (I think last month), there were several threads about certain JPs not giving credit. Looks like it is still an issue.

It may be because those particular ones are in the ‘new’ LA, ….just a guess, of course.

Hm. I didn’t have any trouble getting mine done. The ones I did were:

Morgan’s Leap
Dark Reverie
Spekk’s Laboratory
Weyandt’s Revenge
Urmaug’s Secret
Demongrub Pits
Vizier’s Tower
Shaman’s Rookery
Shattered Ice Ruins
Skipping Stones
Under New Management
Not So Secret

I do remember hearing complaints from people about Troll’s End last month, including for daily puzzle jumper.

Keep in mind that repeated trips to the same one don’t count.

Yeah I know repeat trips don’t count.

The 2 in LA I’ve had issues with since the destruction of LA.

There have been a couple others since April that I’ve had not count but I don’t remember. I started the thread do to what I thought was an issue in Crazes Foley…
Only to realize out after I started it there are 2 chests in there. It’s been over a year since the last Time I did that one :/

Hmm, both Urmaug’s Secret and Troll’s End worked for me. Did you perhaps get portals for them? I did both normally and they both counted, so I wonder if maybe there’s some new mechanism that checks to see if you’ve actually visited the start of the JP before granting credit at the end.

I got credit for Urmaug’s Secret from having character(s) parked there, so I’m not sure it makes a difference how one gets to the chest.

Hmmm this might be a non issue now.
I didn’t get credit a week ago, but got credit for the 2 LA ones just now.
But I know there was a couple of updates.

But when I did it before it was doing the whole run, no portals

I did all three LA puzzles, every single of them gave credit. If there is an issue it must be conditional.
