I’m just wondering if this is a bug or this is normal. Player named Noell had 3 pve blessings in a free tournament. They increased his base stats and therefore gave him unfair advantage over other teams. You can see it on this screencap. I’m just wondering what everyone thinks about that. Is it a bug or did Anet allow it on purpose?
