PvP Achievement Conqueror locked

I still have the same problem as bug, I wrote in this forum I reported the bug in the game, I wrote to support all this without any known joke about how and when I received an email asking me if I was happy with the support had … I do not know what to say!
I have this same problem for almost 6 months now, opened two tickets about this still no fix..
