Guild Wars 2

I went into PvP to test out a build and noticed most of the Profession NPCs were flat out missing, I saw a player running around and having them attack him but never hitting back. I came to learn that he was responsible for the disappearance of them by breaking the game map. I could not see an actual option that fit under the current in-game report system and it was suggested I post it here.

If needed I have a screenshot of the convo and the player. but preferably Id just like the NPCs fixed so I can test builds without blindly rushing into combat.

The exploit/abuse email address in https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Reporting is probably the best way to report this.
