I only notice this when I do tournament matches so I am not sure as to the extent of the bug.

The bug: One or both sigils do not work during PvP matches.

How to achieve: Enter a tournament, team or solo (I do this from a PvE zone). When the confirmation comes up to enter the map before the game starts enter. If you change weapons before the match begins (Example: While in PvE I am wielding a greatsword and hammer, when I enter the PvP match I switch to a staff and hammer), the runes will not work during the length of the game.

Note this was a bug from the previous patch, I am not sure if it was fixed in the current one but the update notes did not reflect that.

Unrelated: Is it better for me to post bugs here or through the ingame tool? Thanks!

Edit: Just tried it and one of the sigils worked but not the other. When looking at the PvP build tab screen, the left sigil is the one that does not work for both items.
