Hello ArenaNet,

First I would like to say thank you for all of the hard work you’ve been putting into the game post-launch. A friend and I won a tournament last night about 45 minutes before the update that seemed to restore PvP rewards. It was a free tournament and we have yet to receive a reward chest for it. Is there any way we will be able to receive a first place reward chest for our win?

Same problem here. Vendor says rewards to the top 4 teams, and we won. Still no reward chest.

I get sometimes the rewards but only if i wait like 45 minutes after a tournament.
Please fix this issue fast. we realy want to play tPvP.

Personally I’ve missed about 10-15 gold reward chests from them never appearing.
Have a lot of friends who’ve missed 40+ so you’re definitely not alone.

I’ve missed over 20 gold reward chests, on top of that getting Mithril Ore on Spvp/Tpvp salvages.

I honestly demand reimbursement as this is a huge bug that took weeks to fix and now we are salvaging PvE materials out of PvP gear that we should be getting PvP mats from.

I have had this happen to me 3 times within the last week, once again today. Please fix this.
