I was playing PvP today (12/12/13) and I kept downing people, BUT they kept randomly getting themselves up right when they were going down. It was a 1v1 and no teamates were near nor died, they were revived because they just poped themselves up with about 25% downed hp, and they werent a warrior (engineerx3,rangerx2). Anyone care to explain why they go into downed position, are downed, and then randomly get back up?
