Earth attunement with staff

• Skill #2 Eruption with a cast time of 1.25 sec in fact has a cast time of 4.2 sec

Water attunement with scepter

• Skill #2 Shatterstone with a cast time of 1.5 sec in fact has a cast time of 3.3 sec

The time i measured was with a chronometer and the time was measured when i first click on the skill. The final time was measured when the skill finished.

So, who is this bug doing?

Neither of those are functional bugs.
Eruption is missing the duration from the tooltip but Shatterstone tells you it will explode after two seconds. The cast times are just that. The amount of time it takes to case the spell.
