Guild Wars 2

I can’t see any skill point location on either map, doesn’t matter how much I zoomed in, nor if I explored the location or not.
Also certain other icons are missing too
The only ones showing, are those you can dis/enable at the left hand option menu
Can you tell me how to fix this?
(tried changing resolution too or windowed / non windowed)

Skill Challenges are unlocked at Level 13, and Map Icons are unlocked at Level 15.
