In wvw middle (temple of storms whatever) island on borderlands green colored quaggans just stand there and don’t help you like other green colored npc’s can be supposed to do.

its a nation wide quaggan holiday and then they have lunchbreack when a zerg comes by and also movie nights when the golems swim by.

but i dont think they are doing anything. only the ones sent to the keeps attack.
